Zayn Malik lands in trouble with shocking announcement as health deteriorates

Zayn Malik, who was set to hold an intimate show ahead of his album, Konnakol, release, recently disappointed his fans with bad news.

The crooner was set to host a Q&A and album playback at Kingston's CIRCUIT on April 13, 2026, but gave his lover a last-minute show cancellation update instead.

Supporters, who anticipated the meet-up turned to social media, enraged at the discrepancy and mismanagement, revealing they traveled from different cities and now their efforts are in vain.

A few fans penned, “Traveling for an other country, booking hotel , EVERYTHING FOR NOTHING I WANT TO DIE. Can you give back the money from our booking/travelling ??? Please,”

Another wrote, “we love him and we respect him. But this is not ok. Cancelling something the night before considering some of us spent more than 200€ on plane/hotel/trains… Something needs to be done. It’s not only about a refund. Something else need to be done. It’s unacceptable.”

Although the Story of My Life hit maker apologised and promised fans another date or refund due to him not being well, the upset fans were not all about the money.

Notably, the songwriter has not revealed his sickness or what has happened to him yet.

“It’s the 2nd time he has messed you and me up cancelling last minute. How many strikes do we give him? Does he still get the album sales,” a netizen concluded.

For the unversed, the fifth studio album will be released on April 17, and he will kick off his The Konnakol Tour on May 12, 2026, in Manchester, UK.
