Sydney Sweeney is all set to build a global business empire after being shunned by Hollywood.

The Euphoria star decides to pivot from acting after she sparked intense backlash due to her relationship with Scooter Braun as well as her controversial American Eagle advertising campaign.

A source close to the celebrity reveals to OK! magazine that Sydney starts working on becoming the billionaire, which is why, she launched her lingerie label Syrn last year.

Sharing the real reason behind this label, an insider says that the Anyone But You actress “is effectively building an empire where she is simultaneously the product, the public face and the driving business force behind it”.

The source also notes that Sydney is looking out for purchasing property in different cities of Europe as her ambitions now extend far beyond movie roles.

“If you really look at the direction Syd is taking, it is very clear she is positioning herself as a one-woman brand in the fullest sense. The lingerie line is not just another project – it is the foundation of a much bigger strategy,” explains an insider.

The source points out that Sydney is trying to shift the focus away from being an actress and toward building a “self-sustaining empire where her name, image and business ventures are all interconnected”.

It is reported that behind the scenes, the actress knows that she’s been “frozen out of Hollywood” so, instead of “fighting that system, she is building something entirely on her own”.

“What she is aiming for now is scale – building a global lifestyle brand that can stand on its own, independent of film roles,” concludes an insider.
