Howard Stern is facing explosive legal action from a former employee who claims she was trapped in a “hostile” workplace.
Leslie Kuhn, who worked closely with the 73-year-old star as his executive assistant, has filed a bombshell complaint naming Stern, his wife Beth Stern, and their companies.
According to filings, Kuhn alleges she was blindsided with what she calls a “fraudulent and unenforceable” non-disclosure agreement after her employment ended.
She first joined SiriusXM in 2022 on The Howard Stern Show before rising to become Stern’s personal assistant in early 2024.
But things allegedly took a turn when she relocated to the couple’s lavish Southampton home, where her duties ballooned beyond her original role.
In a series of striking claims, Kuhn alleges she was left juggling household staff, payroll and even overseeing the couple’s animal rescue efforts, all while under mounting pressure from what she describes as chaotic operations behind the scenes.
Her employment came to an abrupt end in February 2026, with Kuhn claiming she was accused of misconduct and allegations she firmly denies.
She also insists she had been promised a hefty pay rise and bonus that never materialised.
Perhaps most shocking is her claim that a “separation agreement” containing an NDA was backdated and fabricated to look like it had been signed at the start of her employment, something she says was designed to “silence” her.
Kuhn is now seeking a ruling to have the NDA thrown out so she can speak freely.
Meanwhile, the host appears unfazed, recently confirming he’s signed a fresh three-year deal with SiriusXM, joking on air about continuing to work despite his age.
