Diane Warren’s latest post sparks Britney Spears collab rumours

Diane Warren has celebrated her Easter surrounded by some of her longtime friends including Britney Spears.

The 17-time Academy Award nominee took to her social media to share an image of herself with the Oops!... I Did It Again singer on the Christian festival.

In an Instagram post, the songwriter wrote, “Fun afternoon with some old friends!” with a bunny emoji, two musical notes emojis and a red heart emoji.

The stars in the picture held up their middle fingers for the selfie which was taken by Britney’s manager Cade Hudson, while him and Molly Shannon smiled.

Diane and the Toxic singer have a history, as the former was listed as a collaborator on one of her tracks, When Your Eyes Say It.

The comments under the post speculated if the pair is gearing up for a collaboration, with one internet user writing, “Pls like this to confirm if you’re working on a song with Britney? PLEASE. PLS. plssssss.”

Another added, “If you are working on a song for her biopic, please let her write a few lines too! We need both of you to win that Oscar for best original song!” with a heart eyed emoji.
