Kylie Jenner lists 'Hidden Hills' home for $20 million

Kylie Jenner has listed her longtime Hidden Hills mansion for approximately $20 million, marking a major shift in her real estate portfolio.

The reality star and beauty mogul originally purchased the property in 2016 for around $12 million when she was just 19 years old. 

The home, which served as her primary residence for several years, spans over 13,000 square feet and sits on roughly 1.4 acres of land.

According to People, the luxury estate features eight bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, along with high-end amenities including a private home theatre, gym, massage room and a game room. 

The open-plan interior includes a chef’s kitchen with dual islands flowing into a spacious living area, designed for entertaining.

Outdoors, the property offers resort-style facilities such as a pool, spa, fire pit lounge and an expansive patio space. 

Moreover, a six-car garage and circular driveway further highlight the scale and exclusivity of the residence.

The home is one of several Jenner purchased in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighbourhood during a rapid buying spree early in her career. 

While she has since sold her other nearby properties, this estate remained her most significant holding in the area.

Despite listing the property, Jenner is not leaving the neighbourhood. 

Furthermore, she is currently building a new, larger custom home nearby, which she has been documenting on social media.
