Dax Shepard, Zach Braff discuss cosmetic surgery among Hollywood male stars

Dax Shepard and Zach Braff have recently shared their thoughts on cosmetic surgery among Hollywood male celebrities.

The Scrubs actor and the host discuss ageing and personal insecurity in men who are over 50 in the entertainment industry on latest episode of Armchair Expert podcast.

Dax questions Zach about his relationship with his “looks” and the actor says, “When I was younger, there was no one calling me hot. And I was very insecure about how I was going to make it in Hollywood.”

However, the French Girl actor recalls he would go on auditions and sit in the waiting room, looking at all those beautiful men who were hot as well.

“I don’t look like that. And that made me very insecure,” admits the 50-year-old.

During the interview, Zach reveals that the actor training has helped him to change his perspective about looks.

Dax, then, talks about plastic surgery, asking the Garden State actor his opinion about it.

The host states, “You and I clearly haven’t had facelifts, but I want to know, do you think about it?”

Interestingly, Zach did agree that it did cross his mind to go for it because of his insecurity.

“I’ve seen enough people go awry that I’m not going anywhere near it,” explains the actor.

Meanwhile, Dax discloses that after crossing 50, he is thinking to go for facelift.

Zach adds, “I have zero judgment if someone does it.”
