Chris Pratt has revealed that a key filming location from the 2015 blockbuster Jurassic World has been destroyed following severe storms in Hawaii.

Speaking in a recent interview, Pratt shared that the bungalow belonging to his character, Owen Grady, was flattened after a tree collapsed onto the structure during extreme weather conditions.

The set was located at Kualoa Ranch on the island of Oʻahu, a site widely known for hosting multiple productions from the Jurassic Park franchise.

“I just got a text from my friend… a storm came in and this tree fell down on top of this [bungalow]. That was destroyed yesterday,” Pratt said, expressing sympathy for the property owner.

According to Daily Mail, the destruction comes in the wake of powerful Kona low storms that struck Hawaii in March, bringing intense rainfall, flooding, and widespread damage across the islands.

Reports indicate that the storms dumped nearly two trillion gallons of rain over two weeks, marking one of the most severe weather events in recent years.

The impact extended beyond film sets. Actor Jason Momoa also confirmed that he and his family were forced to evacuate Oʻahu’s North Shore due to dangerous conditions caused by the storms.

Kualoa Ranch has long been a popular destination for fans, offering tours of iconic Jurassic filming locations.
