Adam Sandler continues to win among Hollywood’s highest paid actors

Adam Sandler, who is known for his comedic work in movies, received the title as the highest paid actor.

The comedian has earned the label for the second time in three years, which is due to his long-standing partnership with Netflix.

The 59-year-old’s massive earnings for 2025 came from his two massive projects, Happy Gilmore 2 and Jay Kelly.

It is to be noted that the filmmaker earned approximately $48 million in 2025, while prior to that, Dwayne Johnson earned the label in 2024 with $88 million.

Notably, the year 2025 was hard for the cinema industry as the decline in box office sales keeps increasing, which might become a bigger problem in the future.

As per the reports by Forbes, the 20 highest-paid actors in Hollywood earned $590 million collectively, which was 20% less than last year’s collective pay, $730.

Next in line is Tom Cruise, followed by Mark Wahlberg, Scarllet Johnson and then Brad Pitt.
