A conspiracy theory from TikTok began to make the rounds online, claiming that the pop icon was allegedly murdered and replaced by a body double.

The recent Jeffrey Epstein files’ reported screenshots were used as evidences by the stan, discussing her dramatic change in appearances following health conditions like Lupus and Kidney transplant.

One of the X users was shocked as they noted: “Just saw a reel on Insta saying that Selena Gomez is dead and the one we see now is a clone.”

Another netizen blamed the Kardashians, referring to her public relationship with Justin Bieber. According to them, they “really loved each other.”

However, a fan denied the allegations and highlighted that the singer “literally looks the same, just older.”
