Millie Bobby Brown’s absence from Maya Hawke’s wedding raises eyebrows

Maya Hawke walked down the aisle saying "I do" to her long-time boyfriend Christian Lee Hutson.

The Stranger Things star and Northsiders singer pulled off a surprise Valentine's Day wedding in New York City.

Her co-stars from the hit TV show were also present including, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton and Joe Keery except, the lead of the show, Millie Bobby Brown.

Her absences led to fans scrutinize their off screen relationship with various theories, beginning with the obvious one that since Hawke wasn't present at Brown and Jacob Bongiovi wedding, Brown also skipped her co-star's big day.

In addition to this during the Enola Holmes star's wedding, only Noah Schnapp was present while the rest of the cast was nowhere to be seen.

The rumours are swirling that with end of the Stranger Things the cast-mates has fallen out of the friendships they have had during filming.

While few other fans suggested that possible reason why Brown didn't attend the wedding was that she is a new mother and could be busy tending to her child.

Others also said that she might already committed to an important engagement on the same day.

Another reason of the British actress absence from the wedding might be that Brown and Hawke didn't have many scenes together in the series during Season 3.

In Season 4, most of their characters' storylines were also split, with the same expected for Season 5, hence they might have not got much time knowing each other.

All five seasons of Stranger Things are now streaming on Netflix.
