Ansel Elgort breaks silence on fatherhood experience

Ansel Elgort has finally dished on one the most fulfilling roles in his personal life, that of being a father on social media.

The Baby Driver actor was spotted out and about with a baby, which sparked buzz of him being a new dad, and the actor has now confirmed the news on his Instagram.

In the caption of his latest post the Divergent star wrote, “Fatherhood is exhilarating, exhausting, it’s everything and more. The present feels more present and the future brighter. He wakes us up all night and yet I’ve never felt stronger during the day.”

Ansel paired the caption with a black-and-white image of him with his newborn son, in which he wore a turtleneck sweater and held his cheek to his son.

“He goes from crying to laughing, expressing everything he feels and it’s freed me to do the same. I wanted to keep it sacred, just for us, but now I want to share this story with you as it’s the brightest happiest thing I’ve ever experienced,” the new father added in the caption.

Notably, Ansel has also shared a clip of himself singing his song Canopy to the baby on the social media platform, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life.
