Pedro Pascal joined the mourning Hollywood industry as he paid a gushing tribute to late Catherine O’Hara.

The 50-year-old actor turned to his Instagram to pen down an emotional note for the legend, noting: “Oh, genius to be near you.”

The Last of Us star admitted he was “eternally grateful” to spend time with the Schitt’s Creek actress.

Pedro feels like “there is less light in my world” which “had you,” promising he “will keep” her always. “Always.”

The online community got emotional as one of his followers admitted that the news of the Home Alone star “hit me like a truck.”

Another netizen was unaware of the loss, writing: “This is how I found out” while the Snow White lead Rachel Zegler gushed: “Love you both.”

On January 30, Catherine passed away after facing a “brief illness,” leaving everyone saddened.

She earned fame with her work on SCTV, later portraying iconic roles in Home Alone, Schitt’s Creek and Beetlejuice.
