Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck’s big decision sparks curiosity

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, who split in January 2025 after two years of marriage, have made one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

The famous exes have reportedly pulled the plug on selling their sprawling $68 million Beverly Hills mansion.

According to TMZ reports, the former couple who famously dated in the early 2000s, quietly removed the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom property from online listings.

The A-list pad, which the pair snapped up for $60.85 million in May 2023, had its price slashed by $16 million last September as they tried to tempt buyers at $52 million.

Apparently, Ben was keen to cut the price, but Jennifer wanted the mansion to stay at the original $68 million.

Both reportedly took out a $20 million mortgage on the home.

For the unversed, since the split, the Anaconda actress has bought a new residence in Hidden Hills, California.

But has continued living in the Beverly Hills mansion while renovations are underway.

The 53-year-old actor, meanwhile, had previously splashed $20.5 million on a Brentwood property and purchased another home last year.

The 56-year-old pop superstar also recently opened up about love while performing her 1999 hit If You Had My Love at her Las Vegas Up All Night show.

Sharing a message with fans, she said her next partner would have to “respect” her, “accept me for all that I am” and truly earn her love.
