Timothy Busfield was presented before the court where he faced fresh allegations after facing previous charges for sexually abusing children.
The 68-year-old actor was previously accused for inappropriately touching two children on the set of The Cleaning Lady, which he directed and also made a cameo.
After the Thirtysomething star was presented in the court, fresh allegation was levelled against the actor as Colin Swift reported about his daughter being abused by the director.
The little actress was 16-years old when she was harassed by Tim at B Street Theatre in Sacramento. However, the family did not press charges after Colin insisted that his abuse should not be reported.
In court, the prosecutors demanded that the director should be put behind bars while he awaits trial, citing “a sustained pattern of predatory conduct.”
It was also noted that another case of a 17-year-old, accusing the alleged offender, was settled privately.
In the latest filings, The West Wing star faced two “felony counts of criminal sexual contact” involving a minor and “a single count of child abuse for” inappropriate physical contact with minors.
Although co-stars from the series did not talk, Elodie Yung was contacted by officer Brown according to the initial affidavit.
While her name was given by the defendant, Elodie left a voice mail to deny speaking up or having any information regarding the case.
