Jennifer Garner prepares for big 2026 year after stunning Globes appearance

Jennifer Garner proved she hasn’t lost a step on the red carpet as she made her dazzling return to the Golden Globes on Sunday, January 11.

The 53-year-old actress, was attending the ceremony for the first time since 2013, and her show-stopping look had fans and photographers alike swooning.

The 13 Going on 30 star wore a custom Cong Tri “naked” dress, a sleeveless black column gown dripping with fringe and an eye-popping 330,000 crystal beads.

Reportedly requiring more than 1,300 hours of meticulous hand embroidery, the dress shimmered with every move, combining classic elegance with a daring, modern edge.

Its tiered crystals created a subtle see-through effect that added a sultry twist to Garner’s signature style.

Departing from her usual centre-parted hair, Elektra actress opted for a deep side part, styling her dark honey-coloured locks in soft, voluminous curls cascading over one shoulder. 

She complemented the look with sparkling Boucheron diamonds, including drop earrings that echoed the dress’s beaded movement. 

Makeup was luminous yet understated, featuring bronzed cheeks and a soft pink lip, letting the gown remain the centre of attention.

Peppermint star appeared entirely at ease on the red carpet, pausing for photos with the glow of someone clearly devoted to health and fitness. 

Later in the evening, Ben Affleck's ex-wife took the stage as a presenter, completing a full-circle moment for the star.

How is 2026 shaping up for Jennifer Garner’s career?

Looking ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be busy for Garner. 

She begins filming the Netflix original One Attempt Remaining in February, a high-stakes comedy-drama about an ex-couple racing to unlock a forgotten cryptocurrency fortune. 

She’s also returning to TV in the second season of the thriller The Last Thing He Told Me, set to premiere on Apple TV+ on February 20, continuing the story of her character Hannah Hall’s search for the truth behind her husband’s disappearance.
