Hannah Waddingham confirms romance with stylish red carpet appearance

Hannah Waddingham has finally stepped out in style with her boyfriend Nick Beresford-Cleary.

The 51-year-old actress attended Variety Power of Women: London on Wednesday, June 3, where she was one of the night’s big honourees alongside Cynthia Erivo, Emilia Clarke, Suki Waterhouse and Emma Corrin.

But it was her entrance with Beresford-Cleary that really turned heads.

Notably, the couple marked their red carpet debut at a glamorous London event and looked every inch the polished power couple.

The Ted Lasso star stunned in a sleek black halter-neck gown featuring a plunging neckline and daring thigh-high slit.

While her partner, a spine surgeon, kept things classic in a sharp black tuxedo as they posed hand-in-hand for photographers.

Their red carpet appearance comes after months of speculation, following earlier sightings of the pair holding hands at the Cheltenham Festival in March. 

Now, they’ve made things official in front of the cameras and looked completely at ease together.

Beresford-Cleary is known for his high-pressure medical work in spinal surgery, specialising in everything from degenerative disc disease and trauma to complex spinal deformities.

Waddingham, meanwhile, has previously been open about her private life. 

She shares a daughter, Kitty, with former partner Gianluca Cugnetto, and has spoken candidly about the challenges of single motherhood after their split.

The Game of Thrones actress has admitted she’s “quite picky” when it comes to dating, joking that being a single mum is “the greatest contraception on the planet.”
