Anna Faris makes emotional entrance with surprise guest at premiere

Anna Faris melted hearts on Wednesday night as she stepped out with her rarely-seen son Jack Pratt at the star-studded premiere of Scary Movie in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old actress looked every inch the Hollywood star in a black sequin halter-neck gown with bold side cut-outs,

She flashed smiles as she posed alongside her 13-year-old son, who looked smart in a classic black suit and crisp white shirt. 

The pair were also joined on the red carpet by Faris’ husband Michael Barrett and his daughter Margot Barrett, making it a blended family affair.

Jack, who The House Bunny actress shares with ex-husband Chris Pratt, has largely been kept out of the spotlight over the years.

Notably, making his appearance a rare and touching moment for fans. 

The couple named him after Faris’ late father, adding an extra layer of sentiment to the outing.

The Dictator stars’ stepdaughter Margot, 22, has also shown love for the franchise.

She famously recreated one of Scary Movie’s iconic scenes on TikTok for Halloween, which Faris proudly reposted online.

The premiere comes as she prepares to reprise her legendary role as Cindy Campbell in Scary Movie 6, a return she says left her “shocked and immediately thrilled.”

The Overboard actress admitted the comeback felt deeply personal, describing it as “healing” to reunite with the cast and revisit the character that made her a household name. 

She also revealed her excitement at working again with the Wayans brothers, who helped launch the original franchise.
