Taylor Swift beats ‘controlling’ wedding prep allegations

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding planning is in full swing after their bombshell engagement announcement in August.

The Paper Rings singer gave some clues into the preparation process during the promotion for her twelfth studio album The Life of a Showgirl, sparking a lot of buzz and speculation surrounding the event.

In a report by People, insiders dish “When it comes to wedding planning, nothing feels rushed or one-sided. They’re both equally involved and excited, and this isn’t something one or the other is carrying on their own.”

They’re approaching it as a partnership, talking things through together and enjoying the process in a way that feels natural to them,” the source added.

This appears to be a response to the people that speculated that the global popstar was controlling a majority of details around the star-studded wedding.

Although the pair has not confirmed the venue or date as of yet, it is speculated that the nuptials will be taking place in Rhode Island on June 13 (Taylor’s lucky number) in 2026.
