Hollywood star Jada Pinkett Smith is in hot water after a former associate claims she threatened him with a bullet over “personal business”.

Bilaal Salaam, also known as Brother Bilaal, has filed a $3 million lawsuit alleging the 54-year-old actress confronted him during a private birthday party for husband Will Smith in September 2021.

According to the complaint, Pinkett Smith allegedly confronted Salaam with seven members of her entourage at her side, warning him that he could ‘end up missing or catch a bullet’ if he continued sharing her personal business.

Salaam, who has described himself as Smith’s “best friend for nearly 40 years”, said he was also pressured to sign a nondisclosure agreement under threat.

The suit alleges her team followed him to his car, continuing to issue verbal threats.

The drama allegedly escalated after Salaam refused a mutual friend’s request to help with “crisis management” after the infamous Oscars slap incident involving Smith and Chris Rock in 2022.

He claims this led to further threats from the couple’s associates.

Salaam plans to publish a whistleblower memoir detailing his experiences, which he says has brought more harassment.

He claims the ordeal caused financial loss, emotional distress, physical health issues, and reputational damage.

Pinkett Smith has dismissed the claims as “nonsense” and hinted at possible legal action.

Salaam also disputes her previous statements alleging he witnessed Smith in a sexual act, calling them “false, reckless, and malicious”.

The Hollywood couple, who separated in 2016, are now facing serious scrutiny as the lawsuit unfolds.
