Biggie Smalls' son Christopher “C.J.” Wallace has decided to take legal action against Jonathan Hay over some grave claims.
The music producer alleged that he was set up by the legendary rapper’s son to be sexually assaulted by Diddy at the Notorious actor’s place, as well as getting intimate and participating with the convicted rapper in his infamous ‘freak offs.’
On Wednesday, November 12, the Kicks actor filed a defamation suit against the publicist alleging, “Hay published the foregoing false, unprivileged statements of fact about Wallace to third parties.”
“Hay acted with actual malice, knowing the statements were false or with reckless disregard for their truth or falsity,” the filings claimed, adding, that Wallace “has suffered general and special damages, including loss of professional opportunities, humiliation, and mental anguish.”
The 29-year-old alludes that the reason for Rihanna’s former publicist to make the false claims is because of a failed deal between the two and over unreleased music.
Hay previously made defamatory claims about the Bad Boy Records founder and Wallace in 2024 during YouTube interviews which were denied by Diddy’s legal team as well.
Wallace’s net worth was an impressive $20 million in 2024.
