Sean “Diddy” Combs’ appears to be getting in trouble after his massive win against federal prosecutors, with his time in prison.
The Bad Boy Records founder was convicted of his lesser charges, transportation to engage in prostitution and was supposed to spend 50 months.
In terms of the date, the I’ll Be Missing You singer was to be released in May 8, 2028 but has now been changed to June 4, 2028 as per the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate records.
As per reports, the 56-year-old has violated prison rules, allegedly drinking makeshift alcohol, which is why he will be spending an additional month behind bars.
However, Diddy’s spokesperson maintained his innocence, and spoke to People in defense of the convicted music mogul.
“There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about Mr. Combs, he has not violated any prison rules. His sobriety and self-discipline are priorities, and he is taking them seriously,” they said.
“This is only his first week at FCI Fort Dix, and unfortunately, rumors will surface throughout his time there,” the spokesperson continued, asking fans for privacy and respect during his time.
Notably, Diddy has been behind bars since September of 2024, first being detained and then serving time for his crimes.
