Diddy, who was found guilty for transportation, begun his sentence on October 30, 2025 after weeks of explosive trials that brought disturbing details to light.

The disgraced music mogul, currently held in a low-security facility, has been captured talking and working in the prison.

However, a recent report revealed that he was drinking homemade alcohol despite undergoing drug treatment programme at the place.

The Bad Boy Record owner’s representative released a statement, addressing the speculations: “There have been several false and reckless reports circulating about” Diddy.

According to the spokesperson, he is abiding by the rules and “has not violated any prison” regulations.

The rapper is making sure to prioritise “sobriety and self-discipline,” taking them seriously.”

Moreover, it was requested to the public to ignore the surfacing rumours and “give him benefit of the doubt, the focus on his personal growth.”

While the Victory hitmaker is trying to be on “his best behaviour” in hope to get out of jail early, he was recently busted for drinking a fermented concoction from soda, sugar and apples at Fort Dix.

Did Diddy ask for presidential pardon?

Diddy was taken in to custody last September, 2024, and faced sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Despite reaching out to President Donald Trump for a pardon, he did not get a positive response from him.

Trump claimed that the rapper was "hostile" towards him while he ran for the office.
