Taylor Swift’s letter to Liam Payne reveals secret friendship?

Taylor Swift was apparently a fan of the late One Direction member, Liam Payne, as an old letter has just resurfaced.

The handwritten letter is dated all the way back to 2017, and its contents have come to light eight years later to be auctioned off.

It was put out by ‘Omega Auctions’ as part of their music memorabilia and appears to be authentic as per the details and handwriting.

“Liam, Long time no see! “I’m so excited for you, you’re crushing it out there. I’m obsessed with ‘Bedroom Floor.’ It’s so cool to see you from afar, I’m always cheering you on. Good luck tonight! Taylor,” the False God singer wrote at the time.

The letter does not come as much of a surprise, as Taylor has been closely linked to former One Direction members Harry Styles for dating him and later with Zayn Malik for their collaboration on the hit I Don’t Wanna Live Forever.

In 2017, at the Jingle Bell Ball the 14-time Grammy winner had performed the Fifty Shades Darker track before Liam went on stage.

Notably, the English singer had also talked about receiving the note along with a hamper of presents associated with her then newly released album, Reputation.

Taylor and Liam were reportedly friends for years since the global popstar dated the Watermelon Sugar hit maker in 2012.
