Prince Harry, Meghans ex-PR chief announces new chapter amid team shakeups

One of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s former top communications aides has revealed his next professional move, just months after exiting the Sussex team amid a flurry of staff departures.

Kyle Boulia, who previously served as the couple’s deputy press secretary and director of communications, has officially joined Forward Global Los Angeles as a Principal.

The reputation and risk management firm represents major names across entertainment, media and tech.

The new role reunites Boulia with Ashley Hansen, now Managing Partner of Forward Global LA.

Hansen and Boulia first worked together at UTA before teaming up again under the Sussexes, where Hansen became the couple’s Global Press Secretary before launching her own firm in 2024.

In a glowing statement, Hansen described the hire as “deliberate and strategic,” adding: “Kyle’s dedication, creative tenacity and results-driven approach embody the forward-thinking spirit we’re building.”

Boulia was one of four staffers who departed the Sussex organization in June, marking one of the couple’s biggest team shakeups to date.

The turnover has continued in recent weeks. PEOPLE confirmed that Emily Robinson, the Sussexes’ director of communications, exited after four months.

A spokesperson stressed Robinson “completed these projects with great success.”
