Peacock’s new thriller All Her Fault wastes no time plunging viewers into a parent’s worst nightmare: a mother, Marissa Irvine (Sarah Snook), discovering her 5-year-old child has gone missing.
But as the search unfolds, the series quickly reveals that the drama runs far deeper than a simple disappearance.
Speaking at Monday’s New York premiere, Jay Ellis, who plays Marissa’s loyal friend Colin Dobbs, hinted that the show’s twists are nothing short of shocking.
“You will never guess. Not only will you never guess, but you’ll never guess what happens after you find out what happens,” Ellis told The Hollywood Reporter.
The actor hinted at a big turn in the "penultimate, and then another in the finale. We all read it and were like, ‘What the?’ Every single one of us. None of us saw it coming.”
Snook added that the family dynamics at the heart of the story are just as gripping as the central mystery.
“It’s a big ride. There’s so much there to mine as an actor. It’s not just about a kid that goes missing,” she said. “Friends with kids have even asked me if they can handle it. Trust me, you can.”
Dakota Fanning, who portrays fellow mom Jenny Kaminski, admitted she always wants spoilers but still found herself surprised.
With twists like these, All Her Fault promises to keep audiences guessing until the very last scene, available to stream on Peacock.
