BTS' Kim Taehyung, Conan Gray spark 'much-awaited' collaboration buzz

Conan Gray, who is a rising pop star in the music world, made his debut at the Vogue World: Hollywood that was held on October 26, 2025.

At the same event where Conan walked the ramp confidently, Kim Taehyung also made an appearance as he was spotted sitting in the front row.

After the fashion evening, the two artists hailing from different countries began following one another on Instagram.

Fans were convinced their collaborative music project might be coming soon after the artists acknowledged each other’s’ posts and updates on social media.

After the news began making the round online, many flooded to X (formerly Twitter) to express their excitement and push them to drop a song soon.

One of the users pointed out that nobody understands “how long I have been waiting for this collaboration”

Another netizen claimed that Conan has been liking V’s “posts for years, now Tae liked his,” speculating that the American singer might now work on “the saddest song in history.”

At the Vogue event, the two shared a hug together which seemed like they have been “best friends” for a long time.

Although the two singers are yet to address the rumours, an old video began to circulate of the Heather singer in which he is seen requesting the BTS member to collaborate.

Conan requests in the clip: “Let’s make a song, please hit me up, I will write the saddest song for you ever.”
