Nicki Minaj keeps the peace after James Blunt’s playful jab

Nicki Minaj is an avid social media user and is not afraid to get in fights with other musicians on her platform, but James Blunt is not one of the people she will be calling out.

The Good Form rapper took to her X (formerly Twitter) to share a positive and uplifting message for anyone who sees it.

“Idk who needs to hear this, but you’re beautiful,” the Pink Friday hit maker wrote on her platform, to which the Goodbye My Lover responded.

"You’re a little slow to the party," the You're Beautiful hit maker sarcastically wrote, referring to his own song.

Nicki acknowledged the playful jab, writing “Touché” which is a French word typically used to admit that someone has made a clever point against you in an argument or a discussion.

The Chun Li rapper has been getting into a number of arguments on social media, be it a fiery back and forth with fellow rapper Cardi B or making jabs at Jay-Z.

Notably, Nicki’s songs are also making a comeback with gen-z after they were used in viral trends.
