Katy Perry, currently headlining her The Lifetimes Tour, set tongues wagging during her electrifying London show on Monday night.
The 40-year-old pop superstar dropped cheeky hints about her rumoured romance with Justin Trudeau while her ex Orlando Bloom reportedly watched from the audience.
She took to the stage at the O2 Arena and invited two fans up, one of whom boldly proposed to her. “I heard you were single,” the fan quipped.
Perry laughed and replied, “I wish you’d asked me 48 hours ago!”
She later joked, “No wonder I fall for Englishmen all the time… but not any more,” appearing to reference her split from Bloom earlier this year.
According to The Sun, the Troy star was in attendance with their five-year-old daughter Daisy Dove and wasn’t bothered by his ex’s playful remarks.
“Katy’s always poked fun at her love life — Orlando knows it’s all part of the show,” a source said.
The Dark Horse hitmaker and the 53-year-old former Canadian Prime Minister first fuelled dating rumours in July after they were seen sharing an intimate dinner in Montreal.
Last month, they were spotted kissing and cuddling aboard Perry’s yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara.
Meanwhile, Trudeau’s ex-wife Sophie Grégoire shared a cryptic Instagram post about “letting go” of love, fuelling further speculation.
