Dylan Efron confesses harsh truth about ‘Dancing With the Stars’

Zac Efron’s brother Dylan Efron is on the latest season of Dancing With the Stars and he has talking about the toll it is taking on his personal like.

The 33-year-old revealed that it was impacting his relationship with his girlfriend, Courtney King whom he met in high school.

In an episode of The Viall Files, the contestant stated, "I would be lying if [I said] Dancing With The Stars wasn't tough, but I think it's tougher on Courtney than me."

The television personality went on to note that the training and rehearsals with his partner on the show, was grueling and went on for around five hours a day.

Dylan revealed that the schedule meant that by the end of the day, his brain becomes mush and that his body hurts.

The production coordinator added that all this, along with him living in a home closer to the studio has made his relationship more challenging.

"It's trying right now," Dylan admitted about the troubles of navigating his life as a person learning to dance and maintain a healthy relationship as well.

However, Zac’s younger brother also emphasised that Courtney understands all this ad is very supportive of him, the couple know that all this is temporary and that they are still in a great place as a pair.

Zac Efron is 37, while Dylan is 33 which means that they have an age-gap of four years between them.
