Taylor Swift's look for Seth Meyers show holds special nod to album

Taylor Swift, who is known for her chart-topping hits, dropped jaws as she appeared at Late Night With Seth Meyers show to promote her newly-release album.

After dropping The Life Of A Showgirl, the 35-year-old singer attended the TV show in a mini dress which is presumed to have many links to the new record.

The Lover crooner, who is engaged to Travis Kelce, donned a short gown with a dark palette, referencing the retro vibes of the 12th studio album.

After the pictures went viral, the online community rushed to point several Easter eggs in the look, which was also labelled as a “revenge dress.”

One of the X users was of the opinion that Taylor's entire look is like an “painting” of Ophelia from Hamlet which inspired The Fate Of Ophelia.

While at first glance, the floral prints appear to be of the roses; however, a closer look reveals that carnations are printed on the entire gown.

It is to be noted that the flower has been used as a metaphor by the pop icon to refer to her past lovers which seemed significant from a distance.

Meanwhile, Taylor's glamourous look can be considered a link between her previous Midnights and recent Showgirl era, which is currently talk of the town.
