Dolly Parton, who is a Grammy winning country singer, has been struggling with health issues that pushed her to postpone Las Vegas residency.
Although the 79-year-old singer revealed she will return back stronger, Dolly’s sister shared a concerning statement about the country musician.
Frieda Parton turned to Facebook to reveal she spent last night “praying for my sister, Dolly,” reminding everyone that “she hasn’t been feeling her best lately.”
Due to this unexpected situation, the 68-year-old requested “all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors” as she has great faith in “the power of prayer.”
This came after the legend decided to perform from September 17 to 26 next year as she had to undergo “a few procedures” for her health challenges.
The update raised concerns as fans express their desire to help the Jolene hitmaker in any way possible as one Facebook user revealed, “If Miss Dolly needs a kidney or any other body part I can spare.”
Another admirer noted that the Grammy winner is a “very much private” person, speculating that “it is dire when family start asking for prayers.”
Similar long notes were penned down on the sad post, praying for her speedy recovery and sending love to the artist.
It is to be noted that the 9 to 5 crooner’s beloved husband Carl Thomas Dean passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving her heartbroken.
