King Charles III and Diana’s eldest son, Prince William is the heir apparent to the British throne, who has opened up about his vision as a king.
Born on June 21, 1982, William was always looked upon as the future ruler of UK.
Now, the 43-year-old has opened up about what he envisions the monarchy to be like when he becomes king and how “change” is his agenda.
Speaking to People magazine, the prince said “I think it’s safe to say that change is on my agenda. Change for good.”
William also explains that he “enjoys” change and does not necessarily “fear” it.
Giving an interesting statement, William says “I want to question things more. Are we still doing and having the most impact we could be having?”
The father-of-three believes if not careful, “history can be a real weight and an anchor around you”.
However, he mentions that it is in no way a criticism of his father as the king.
Robert Lacey tells the outlet that William is in fact very close to his father and has been his key supporter.
