Taylor Swift’s streamiest song from the new album, The Life of a Showgirl, has a surprising interpretation from the singer’s mom, Andrea.

Released on Friday, October 3, Swift’s new track, Wood, is the most risqué song from the album, referencing her fiancé, NFL legend Travis Kelce’s charisma.

Though Swift’s mom interpreted the song differently, the pop singer revealed its meaning in an interview on SiriusXM's The Morning Mash Up.

"I think that she thinks that that song is about superstitions, popular superstitions, which, which it absolutely is," said Swift, referring to superstitious activities like knocking on wood, stepping on cracks, and wishing on falling stars.

After the chorus, Swift gets noticeably more suggestive, singing, “Forgive me, it sounds cocky / He ah-matized me and opened my eyes / Redwood tree, it ain't hard to see / His love was the key that opened my thighs.”

She even slips in a playful nod to Travis Kelce’s podcast with, “New Heights of manhood / I ain't gotta knock on wood.”

Her mom, however, didn’t catch the hidden easter eggs.

“That’s the joy of the double entendre,” Taylor said to SiriusXM. "That song, you could read that song for people and it just goes right over their head. That song, you see in that song what you wanna see in that song."
