Jack Antonoff reacts to Harry Styles, Ticketmaster controversy

Jack Antonoff has reacted to the latest statement issued by Ticketmaster regarding the soaring prices of Harry Styles’ residency at Madison Square Garden.

The ticket sales and marketing company disclosed that they will be re-releasing tickets for Harry Styles' upcoming concerts in New York City after revealing that they were originally purchased by scalpers.

As per the Ticketmaster President Saumil Mehta, the company caught the profiteers who were using multiple accounts and fake identities to buy low-priced tickets and resell those seats at a higher price.

The company added that the purchases were cancelled and that the tickets will be made available to fans at the original prices.

Harry’s fans had previously caused uproar on social media because the tickets were worth thousands of dollars before presale even began.

Jack however, took to his X to write “you caught you?” which lead to a majority of fans agreeing with him, with one writing, “Exactly! They think we don’t know it’s them posting the resell tickets 5mins after they go live. Come On Seriously!”

Another remarked, “No cause I remember watching old movie documentaries of Ticketmaster, ITSELF, throwing a private trade party with all of their major scalpers being under one roof. Like don’t act dumb now,” with a crying emoji.
