Prince Harry has pulled Prince William and Kate Middleton into his ongoing legal war with the publisher of the Daily Mail, escalating tensions within the Royal Family.
New evidence submitted to the High Court reveals that private investigators allegedly spied on William and Kate, then Catherine Middleton, in the early 2000s.
According to court filings, invoices show surveillance tied to Prince William’s 21st birthday celebrations, including his “Out of Africa”-themed party in 2003.
One document also flagged Kate’s number on a “family and friends” contact list, raising further questions about privacy intrusions.
The explosive claims are part of Harry’s lawsuit against Associated Newspapers, which he accuses of unlawful information gathering spanning nearly three decades.
Harry’s filings risk straining already fragile relations with his brother and sister-in-law, as the legal battle intensifies.
Associated Newspapers, which publishes the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, has strongly denied the allegations, branding them “lurid” and “preposterous.”
