Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci arrived at the Milan Fashion Week shoot scenes for the upcoming Devil Wears Prada 2.

On September 27, the 76-year-old actress was seen attending the Dolce and Gabbana show for the first time alongside her co-star, Tucci.

However, the duo was shooting a scene from their upcoming biographical sequel while dressed in their respective characters.

Streep and Tucci sat front row next to model Naomi Campbell and were cleverly placed opposite the former Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.

The Mamma Mia lead had wrapped herself in a leopard belt, a tan trench coat with iconic sunglasses, and a blonde bob, while the 64-year-old actor looked dapper in a suit.

Netizens were excited to see different worlds collide and took to the comments to praise the actors. One fan wrote, “Meryl Streep's first fashion week as Miranda Priestly?” Another follower penned, “Fashion Week came to attend ‘here’.”

Notably, Streep is reprising her role as the Runway magazine’s editor-in-chief, Miranda Priestly, a character inspired by Wintour. While Tucci is her second-in-command, art director Nigel Kipling.

After the show, the Sophie’s Choice star met up with the fashion queen as they hugged and complimented each other.

For the unversed, Devil Wears Prada 2 wrapped filming scenes in New York with Anne Hathaway and other cast members and is reportedly shooting in Milan.

The second installment is scheduled to premiere on May 1, 2026.

What is the synopsis of ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’?

It will follow Mirinda Priestly’s struggle against her former assistant Emily Charlton, who is now a rival executive. The duo competes for advertising revenue amid declining print media.
