D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has left the world in shock and horror as more details of a potential homicide case come to light.

The Here with Me singer had a Tesla registered under his name at an impound lot, where the dismembered remains of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas’ were found.

Moreover, the minor who was missing for around a year before her body was found seemingly had a matching tattoo with the 20-year-old, and her mother told authorities that the now-deceased victim had told her mother that her boyfriend’s name was David.

Meanwhile the singer was on tour when investigation into the case began, but cancelled it soon after bone-chilling discovery blew up on the internet.

An expert tells the Daily Mail that, “The reason D4vd hasn't been arrested yet likely comes down to the autopsy, until the cause and manner of death are confirmed, police can't legally call this a homicide.”

“Without that, naming suspects or making arrests becomes risky. It's standard practice when human remains are decomposed, law enforcement needs to wait on forensic confirmation before they can move forward,” they continued.

Notably, Celeste’s body being found a significant while after her tragic death has also slowed down the investigation and much caution is needed gather enough evidence and make arrests.
