Dwayne Johnson's lookalike daughter, Simone, made a rare appearance to support his father at the premiere of his new film The Smashing Machine, following recent controversial remarks.

The father–daughter duo walked the red carpet for the highly anticipated biopic on September 24.

His upcoming film tells the story of Mark Kerr, one of the top fighters in mixed martial arts (MMA) and the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Directed by Benny Safdie, the movie stars Dwayne alongside Golden Globe winner Emily Blunt and is set for release on October 3.

The 53-year-old wrestler, best known as The Rock, looked dapper in a navy blue suit paired with a crisp white button-up shirt.

Meanwhile, Simone, also a wrestler under the stage name Ava Raine, stunned in a perfectly fitted black embroidered gown.

Notably, the Black Adam actor beamed with pride having his 24-year-old daughter by his side, as the pair glowed while posing for the cameras.

He later admitted that he was proud of her for carving out her own path.

It is worth noting that Simone has grown closer to the Jumanji star after choosing to follow in his footsteps and continue his legacy.

For the unversed, he welcomed Simone in 2001 with his first wife, Dany Garcia.

However, her recent comments about Charlie Kirk’s death have angered many of Dwayne’s fans, who claim he is not “focusing” on his daughter or teaching her respect when speaking about the dead.
