Meghan Markle, Prince Harry join Neil Patrick Harris in surprise ABC appearance
Harry and Meghan's segment follows their own recent trip to Disneyland earlier this summer
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to make a surprise appearance on ABC News this weekend, in a special celebrating Disneyland’s 70th anniversary.
The Happiest Story on Earth: 70 Years of Disneyland — A Special Edition of 20/20 will air on Sunday, September 21, and promises star-studded reflections on the theme park’s legacy.
According to People, ABC teased: “Viewers will hear reflections on childhood visits to the park from some of Disney’s biggest fans including Neil Patrick Harris, Jamie Lee Curtis, Jon Favreau, Patrick Warburton and Tiffany Haddish."
"And an exclusive message from Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, on what the park means to them and their family.”
The Sussexes’ segment follows their own recent trip to Disneyland earlier this summer, which also doubled as a celebration for Princess Lilibet’s 4th birthday on June 4.
In the official trailer, Harry teases viewers: “Prepare yourself, you’re about to be blown away.” Meghan adds warmly: “We were just so lucky.”
