Adolescence, a psychological drama which was shot in one cut, received a nod at the Creative Arts Emmys 2025.

The drama, nominated in 13 categories, earned the award for the best casting in a limited series/movie.

It was earlier noted that lead cast member Owen Cooper also secured a place on the list of nominees for Best Supporting Actor, making him the youngest in the category.

Other wins include Juilanne Nicholson (best guest actress in Hacks), Bryan Cranston (best guest actor in The Studio), Merritt Wever (best guest actress in Severance).

The two-day event, which is being held on September 6 and 7, will be awarding below the line categories to recognise technical and behind-the-scenes achievements.

Previously, the TV series backed three wins at the Gotham Television Awards.

Adolescence was created by Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham, starring Owen Cooper who plays a teen murderer being investigated by the officials.

The plot of the story was inspired by several real-life incidents and was pitched by the star of the show Stephen.
