Kelsey Bateman mysteriously dies at 39

Kelsey Bateman has been confirmed to be dead at the age of 39.

The late star featured on the final season of the VH1 reality dating series Rock of Love in 2009.

She was 21 when she starred on the show and was one of 22 women vying for the attention of Poison front-man Bret Michaels.

The death of Kelsey was confirmed by her family, however, her cause of death has not been revealed.

On Sunday night, her family confirmed that she had passed away “unexpectedly recently”.

While starring on the show, Kelsey reached Top 9 but was eventually eliminated in the seventh episode.

After her exit from the show, she admitted to drinking heavily with fellow contestants, Farrah Sinclair and Ashley Klarich.

She later confessed that she was emotional after passing out on a speed bump.

Bret said he did not believe Bateman could handle the demands of his lifestyle.

Social media users are speculating reason of her death as one commented it could be a consequence of drugs saying, “Gut feeling, drugs.”
