Malcolm McDowell gives rare glimpse into personal life

Malcolm Mcdovell is dishing his take on what makes a marriage last, after being with his wife Kelley Kuhr for more than thirty years.

The Time After Time actor exchanged vows with the designer in 1991, and the pair have been together since, but the 82-year-old claims to be no expert when it comes to these things.

In an interview with People about his upcoming movie Et Tu, the A Clockwork Orange star dished, that he wishes he were an expert, “and I think just liking the partner you're with is very important and just respecting.”

After listing these two key things, Malcolm went on to praise Kelley, adding, “My wife's a brilliant designer and at the moment, she's doing this house in Mexico, which is her masterpiece. It's an amazing thing that she's done and I'm so proud of her.”

The hollywood industry veteran also noted that although his wife is not in the same line of work as him, he is in awe of her talent and work.

Malcolm shared that despite their differences, the pair had shared hobbies such as collecting things, and that they always enjoy their time together, be it visiting antique shops or otherwise.
