Will Smith 'handles haters' with smart move amid AI tour video drama

Will Smith, who recently made a comeback with his new album, was heavily criticised for allegedly using AI to generate cheering crowd.

After the online community pointed out mistakes commonly made by artificial creators, the 56-year-old decided to handle the backlash in signature style.

The Aladdin star turned to his Instagram to share a snippet of his performance with the caption: “Crowd was poppin’ tonite!!” seemingly poking fun at the haters.

In the video, the Arabian Nights hitmaker pointed towards the audience full of artificially generated cats cheering at him.

Fans admired the hilarious clip and his way of responding as one user wrote: “I love the way Will handles these haters.”

Another netizen admitted they “had to watch like four times to catch it… so good.”

However, a third long-time admirer did not like the move as they pointed out: “I can’t pretend some of his antics on his ‘come back’ are disappointing.”

Although he attempted to clap back at the criticism, the Men in Black actor’s previous video raised concerns as the technology holds the ability to distort reality,

This is not the first time Will went viral for his spaghetti video; however, it was easily identifiable that the clip was not real.
