Jay-Z is celebrating a memorable father-daughter moment after Blue Ivy joined him on stage during the opening night of his 30th anniversary concert series.

While attending Michael Rubin's Fanatics Fest luncheon on July 17 the 56-year-old rapper reflected on the special performance at Yankee Stadium where he shared the stage with his 14-year-old daughter.

When asked whether performing with Blue Ivy was the highlight of the night Jay-Z smiled and replied "You said it."

"That ain't even a question" he added making it clear the moment meant everything to him.

Beyoncé also performed "Can't Knock the Hustle" alongside her husband. As the performance ended Jay-Z praised his wife saying "Oh, she can sing."

Beyoncé then turned the spotlight toward their daughter telling the crowd "Give it up for my baby."

Blue Ivy later took the stage with her father during "Feelin' It" performing the piano solo at the end of the 1996 hit.

Introducing her to the audience Jay-Z declared "Make some noise for the legendary Blue Ivy Carter" before the two shared a heartfelt embrace.

Calling her ability pure talent Jay-Z previously said "She worked at this, and it makes me proud that she fought for something that she really wanted to do. I don't think we're going to be able to get her off that stage now."
