Tiktoker passed away at 28 after rare disease battle

TikTok content creator Natasha Allen has passed away at the age of 28 after a battle with a rare disease.

The late influencer was diagnosed with stage 4 synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer.

It is a cancer of the soft-tissues which is often found near joints in the body but can also be found in lungs and abdomen.

In June, the late TikToker had informed her fans about the ongoing treatment, which she said “wrecked” her.

The news was confirmed on August 22 through posts made on Instagram and TikTok, where Natasha had grown a fanbase of more than 200,000 fans.

“Natasha was a beautiful soul full of love, kindness, and joy. She touched countless hearts and she was a big advocate for synovial sarcoma awareness,' the announcement read.

Fans were quick to respond to the sad news as one wrote, “Ohhhh my heart just dropped! Sending the entire family my deepest condolences!”

A GoFundMe page was created previously for people to help Natasha pay for her medical expenses, but has since been retitled “In Memory of Natasha”.

It was confirmed that the money raised would go to her funeral expenses and while remaining funds will be donated to synovial sarcoma research.
