Jennifer Aniston has been all smiles in public outings with her new love, Jim Curtis but those close to the actress have dished how things are really are between the two.

The health and wellness expert does not have much in common with the Friends alum’s exes, as he is not from the industry and does not have much of his private life on display, so sources close to the star are revealing what he’s truly like.

As per sources who spilled to People, "Jim's great. Her close friends love him. He's amazing to be around, he has this really calm and secure energy. Jen loves it."

The insider added that the hypnotherapist is a refreshing change for the Mother's Day star, and is her first serious relationship in a while.

Jennifer is "so used to going 100 miles an hour while balancing projects" amid her career, but Curtis has "helped her turn inwards and slow down a bit," the source notes.

Jim apparently helps with the Golden Globe award winner’s habit of being too hard on herself.

Notably, the pair’s romance is still quite new since they were only spotted together for the first time in June of this year.
