After ending the chapter of her life, the Shout Out to My Ex hitmaker decided to never “go through that again” or “meet anybody” new.
This is because the songstress believed she would not be able to “bear that pain.”
However, the Little Mix member got engaged with fiance Alex in 2022, realising the drawbacks of her previous romantic association.
Initially, she felt that her current partner would also “kick off” in the same way when they faced “little” issues. However, the songstress understood that the footballer is “very mature” and “laid back.”

Although Perrie did not mention the name of her former lover, the One Direction alum maintained in a separate interview that he planned to get “married” without knowing “anything at that point.”
While being legally “allowed to do everything,” he admitted having no idea about his actions.
It is to be noted that the singers’ relationship was turbulent as it was previously reported that the Dusk Til Dawn crooner broke up with the Power singer through a text message before her performance.
