Brooklyn Beckham, who is embroiled in a family feud, reportedly felt disappointed after renewing his vows with wife Nicola Peltz.
Although the 26-year-old reportedly maintains no-contact, Brooklyn is heartbroken after his wife Nicola was targeted.
According to Mirror, the ongoing rumours about the actress being called out for snubbing his parents at the event “breaks” the aspiring chef’s heart.
The source told that the outlet that the perception is “rooted in misogyny that all of the heat for his parents not being invited is on Nicola.”
It was noted in the statement that the Cloud 23 owner “is an adult man and fully capable of fully speaking out.”
The Lola star has been blamed for drifting apart her husband and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, who were also not in attendance at the August 2 celebration.
Instead of the footballer, the model’s father officiated the vow renewal ceremony.
Although the former photographer is yet to address the rift, he seemingly expressed his feelings by acknowledging a fan’s comment.
The person penned down a question: “Why is it assumed that she made the decision to exclude them?... If he really wanted his parents there, they would be.”
It is to be noted that this not the first time Brooklyn turned blind eyes to his family as he skipped a tribute to his father Sir David upon being knighted.
The event and the absence of the Beckhams indicate that the two have started a new life, away from the ongoing drama. The eldest son of David is seemingly not willing to take any olive branches being offered.
