Kendall Jenner moves near Harry, Meghan Markle, raising questions around As Ever PR

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have a new A-list neighbour: Kendall Jenner. 

The supermodel has quietly snapped up a $23 million Montecito estate on six acres, complete with a 15,000-sq-ft main house, pro-grade horse stables, and sweeping Pacific views. 

The property sits near Oprah Winfrey’s home and has past ties to Ellen DeGeneres, Whitney Wolfe Herd, and Sean Rad, aka very VIP company.

Fans say the timing lines up with Meghan’s recent As Ever gifting blitz to the Kardashian clan. 

Over the weekend, Khloé Kardashian posted party pics from Kylie Jenner’s birthday featuring a deluxe As Ever hamper, think bottles of Meghan’s rosé, her signature jam, and fresh produce. 

Meghan appeared to reshare the moment with a cheeky caption: “Hey hey all my girls with a K.” Subtle? Not really, and that’s the point.

The Duchess just dropped As Ever Napa Valley Rosé 2024 (same notes as the 2023 sell-out), priced at $30 per bottle in packs of 3, 6, or 12. 

A new press note also teased that As Ever, “developed in partnership with Netflix”, will expand into more categories this year.

Meanwhile, the Sussexes confirmed a multi-year, first-look deal with Netflix, meaning the streamer gets dibs on new Archewell Productions projects before anyone else. 

With Kendall now in the neighbourhood and the Kardashians on speed dial, Montecito just got a lot louder.
