Chance the Rapper recently revealed the dates of his fourth tour, titled And We Back, ahead of the release of his new album.
The 32-year-old musician took to Instagram on August 11 and posted an animated poster of himself, showcasing his scheduled performances in 15 cities.
He captioned the photo, “How about a quick tour for my closest fans? Album out Friday.”
The poster depicted an illustrated version of the rapper, with an aurora borealis background. Below the picture were the nationwide tour dates.
Netizens took to the comment section to celebrate his return to music after a six-year hiatus. One fan wrote, “EVEN BETTER THAN YOU WAS THE LAST TIME!!!!” Another well-wisher penned, “See you soon, twin!”
Notably, Chance’s upcoming album, Star Line, is set to be dropped on August 15 and is said to be inspired by his “global journey, artistically, spiritually and physically.”
According to the press release by his representatives, the album, “Star Line blends hip-hop, soul, and experimental sounds with lyrical meditations on identity, resilience, and legacy.”
For the unversed, Chance the Rapper released his last album in 2019, The Big Day, after which he stepped back from the public eye to visit Ghana and Jamaica, which served as inspirations for his upcoming album.
The album, Star Line, is Chance’s second studio album and is slated to be released on August 15, 2025.
